Trust god’s timing (27)
Romans 10:17 emphasizes how faith is developed—it comes through hearing, specifically the Word of God. The Apostle Paul is highlighting the vital role of the preached or shared Word in producing faith in people’s hearts.

• “Faith cometh by hearing” – Faith isn’t something we just will into existence. It begins and grows by listening. This means exposure to the truth is essential—faith doesn’t grow in silence.

• “And hearing by the word of God” – What should we be listening to? Not opinions or worldly wisdom, but God’s Word. It’s through the Scriptures, sermons, and Spirit-led teaching that faith is birthed and strengthened.

In context, Paul is making the case for the necessity of preaching the Gospel so people can believe. You can’t believe in someone you haven’t heard about. And you can’t hear unless someone tells you. Therefore, faith is a response to God’s revealed truth.

Trust god’s timing (21)
Jesus calls us to a different kind of prayer—not just hopeful or wishful words, but prayer rooted in faith. He invites us to trust that God is already at work, even before we see any evidence.

This kind of faith is confident, not passive. It doesn’t mean demanding things from God, but rather trusting Him completely, like a child asking a parent—believing not just in what He can do, but in His love and willingness to do it.

Life Application: Living Out Mark 11:24

Start with God’s Will:
Ask: Does this desire align with God’s Word and character?
When our prayers line up with God’s heart, we can pray with boldness.

Pray with Specific Faith:
Don’t just say, “Lord, help me.” Say, “Lord, I believe You are providing me with the strength and the solution I need.”

Speak as if it’s done:
Faith often speaks in the present tense:
“Thank You, Lord, that You’re already healing.”
“Thank You that the door is opening.”
This isn’t “name it and claim it”—it’s faith with expectation, trusting God’s promises.

 Keep Standing:
If the answer doesn’t come right away, keep believing. God may be working behind the scenes. Delay is not denial.

Prayer :

Father, thank You for hearing my prayers. Today I bring my desires before You, knowing that You are faithful. I believe You are already working things out according to Your perfect will. Help me to trust even when I can’t see the answer yet. I receive Your peace, provision, and power. In Jesus’ name, amen.

1. “The substance of things hoped for”

• Substance here means assurance or confidence. Faith gives a solid foundation to our hopes — it’s the confidence that what we are hoping for (like God’s promises, eternal life, healing, provision) is real and will come to pass, even if we don’t see it yet.

2. “The evidence of things not seen”

• Evidence implies proof or conviction. Faith acts as proof of spiritual realities that cannot be physically seen — like God’s presence, heaven, or His plan at work in our lives.

Faith is trusting in God’s promises even when you can’t yet see them come true. It’s believing God is who He says He is, and that He will do what He said He will do, even when you have no visible proof.

As we journey through Holy Week, let us be reminded of Christ’s ultimate sacrifice and His victory over death.

John 3:16 is probably the most well-known verse in the Bible because it sums up the entire message of salvation in one sentence: God’s love moved Him to give His Son (Jesus) so that humanity could be saved from death and given eternal life.

In this message, we are reminded during Holy Week — especially on Good Friday and Easter Sunday — that Jesus’ death on the cross was an act of unimaginable love. But His death was not the end. His resurrection (His victory over death) guarantees that anyone who believes in Him will not be lost but will live forever with God.

The “journey through Holy Week” is meant to take our hearts through the sorrow of the cross and into the joy of the resurrection. It is a time to deeply remember the cost of our salvation and to celebrate the victory that Jesus achieved for us.

“In this season of remembrance, let the love of Christ draw you closer to His heart and His purpose for your life.”

This verse defines love in the most powerful and sacrificial way. Jesus willingly gave His life for us—an act of ultimate love. It’s not just about feelings or kind gestures; it’s about selfless, sacrificial action for the sake of others.

The message encourages us, during Holy Week (a time when we remember Jesus’ suffering and death), to let that kind of love move our hearts. As we reflect on how deeply Jesus loves us, it should lead us to love others more selflessly and pursue God’s purpose with greater passion.

“As we remember the triumph of Christ’s resurrection, may it inspire us to walk in the victory He has won for us.”

In this verse, Jesus is speaking to Martha before He raises her brother Lazarus from the dead. The statement “I am the resurrection and the life” is a powerful declaration. It signifies that Jesus holds the power over both life and death. He is the source of eternal life, and through Him, we can experience spiritual resurrection even if we physically die.

The part that says, “The one who believes in Me will live, even though they die,” emphasizes the promise of eternal life through faith in Jesus. Even in the face of death, those who believe in Jesus will be granted eternal life with God. This is a key part of the Easter story, which celebrates Christ’s victory over death through His resurrection.

The “triumph” mentioned in the message refers to Jesus’ ultimate victory over death, which is symbolized by His resurrection. By conquering death, Jesus offers us not only the hope of eternal life but also victory in our daily lives. The resurrection is not just an event to remember; it is a source of power and victory for believers.

When the message says “may it inspire us to walk in the victory He has won for us,” it means that through Christ’s resurrection, we are empowered to live victoriously in faith. Just as Jesus overcame death, we too can overcome challenges, sin, and despair through His strength. It’s a reminder that the resurrection isn’t just an event of the past—it’s a living reality that shapes how we live today.

In summary, this verse and message inspire us to live in the power and victory that Jesus’ resurrection offers, knowing that even in difficult times, we are promised eternal life and the strength to overcome.

There are moments in life when we don’t see God’s hand at work. We pray, we wait, and sometimes we wonder if He’s listening. But just because you don’t see the answer right now doesn’t mean God isn’t moving. He is always working behind the scenes—aligning the right opportunities, preparing the right people, and shaping your path for His perfect timing.

You may not see the full picture now, but one day you will look back and realize that every step, every delay, and every challenge was part of God’s perfect plan. Hold on—your testimony is in the making!

This verse is a powerful promise of God’s provision. Paul wrote it to the Philippian church to remind them—and us—that God is our ultimate source. No matter what you need—spiritually, emotionally, physically, or financially—God already knows and has the ability to supply it at the right time.

The phrase “according to His riches in glory” means that God is not limited by earthly resources. His supply is endless, abundant, and beyond what we can imagine. What might seem impossible to us is easy for God.

No matter what you’re facing—bills, health issues, or uncertainty—remember that God is your Provider. He sees what you need, and He is faithful to supply. You don’t have to carry the burden alone. Rest in the promise that “God will provide” because He always takes care of His children.

This verse is a direct command from Jesus, teaching us about priorities. Many people spend their lives chasing after material things—money, success, security, relationships—hoping they will bring fulfillment. But Jesus tells us that if we seek God first, He will take care of everything else we need.

When we put God first, it shifts our mindset from worry to faith. We no longer have to chase after things on our own strength because we know that God will supply what is best for us.

When you seek God first, He will take care of your needs—spiritually, emotionally, financially, and physically. Trust that as you put Him first in your life, He will open doors, provide wisdom, and bless you beyond what you can imagine. Let this be a month where God is truly your top priority!

This verse is a declaration of victory! Paul, the author of Romans, reminds us that no matter what we face—hardship, trials, or opposition—we are not just survivors; we are more than conquerors through Christ. This means that in every battle, every struggle, and every obstacle, we already have victory because of God’s love and power in our lives.

No matter what this month brings, remember that you are not defeated. You are victorious! The battle has already been won through Christ, and you are walking in His strength, His love, and His unshakable promises. Stand firm, keep your faith strong, and move forward with confidence—because you are more than a conqueror!

God spoke these words to Joshua as he was about to lead the Israelites into the Promised Land. Joshua was stepping into a new season, facing challenges and unknowns, but God reminded him that he was not alone.
This command—“Be strong and courageous”—wasn’t based on Joshua’s own ability but on God’s presence and faithfulness.

Whatever challenges you face this month, remember that God is with you. You don’t have to rely on your own strength—He is your source of power and courage. Walk boldly, knowing that He has already made a way for you!

Trust god’s timing (2)
This verse is a powerful reminder that God is always at work, bringing new opportunities, restoration, and breakthroughs. No matter what your past looks like, God is not limited by your circumstances. He specializes in making a way where there seems to be no way.

When God says, “I will do a new thing,” it means He is shifting things in your favor, opening new doors, and giving you fresh opportunities. Even in difficult situations—symbolized here as the wilderness and desert—God can create life, provide resources, and lead you into His promises.

This month, expect God to do something new in your life. Stay open to His direction, trust His timing, and believe that He is making a way for you. What seemed impossible before is now possible through Him!

Jesus spoke these words to His disciples before His crucifixion, assuring them that even in the midst of trials, they could have His peace. This peace is different from the temporary or conditional peace the world offers. It is not based on circumstances but on the unshakable presence of God in our lives.

No matter what this month brings-- challenges, uncertainly, or change-- remember that God's peace is within you. You don't have carry stress, fear, or anxiety. Instead, walk confidently knowing that the Prince of Peace is guiding you every step of the way.

God Has a perfect plan for your life, and everything he promised will come to pass in his divine timing. Sometimes, when we don't see immediate results, we may feel discouraged or doubt weather God is really working on our behalf. However, this verse reminds us that God's promises are certain-- though they may take time to unfold, they will never fail.

Waiting on God requires faith and patience. it means trusting that he knows what is best for you and that he is orchestrating events in ways you may not yet understand. Just like a seed takes time to grow before it bears fruit, God is preparing for you for the blessings and breakthroughs he has in store.

If you are waiting for an answer, a breakthrough, or a promise to be fulfilled, know that God has not forgotten you. His delays are not denials-- they are preparations. When the right time comes, everything will fall into place perfectly, just keep believing, and keep walking in faith!
